Since 2017, Osen Hospitality has proudly served refined Japanese cuisine rooted in tradition and elevated with a modern sensibility. What began as a passion for quality and craftsmanship has evolved into a growing restaurant group in California, operating three distinctive concepts: Izakaya Osen, Osen Urban Table, and Zui by Osen.

We are excited to continue our expansion with the upcoming launch of Osen Urban Table, located at Canopy at Great Park in Irvine. This new concept is designed for the next generation of diners, offering approachable pricing alongside a vibrant selection of shareable small plates in a dynamic, social setting.

In addition, Zui by Osen—our newest omakase experience—will open at the current Izakaya Osen Silver Lake location. Zui by Osen will showcase a refined omakase menu that blends Japanese tradition with French culinary techniques, delivering an intimate and elevated dining journey.
